Copyright 2004. All rights reserved. Frances V. Gonzalez 1917-2004 Frances V. Gonzalez, 86, of Cheyenne died June 10 at her home on Dey Avenue in Cheyenne. She was born June 25, 1917, in Hastings, Neb., and had lived here since 1935. She married James P. Gonzalez in Sidney, Neb., in 1936. With her husband, she was owner and manager of Jim's Electric until 1972. She worked as a home health care worker until her retirement. She is survived by four daughters, Peggy Rosentreter, Jacqueline Gonzalez and Michelle Allen, all of Cheyenne, and Patricia Trujillo of Baltimore; a brother, William Zeiler of Omaha, Neb.; three sisters, Katherine Blake of San Diego, Virginia Turner of Lake Elsinore, Calif., and Mary Phillips of Portland, Ore.; eight grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, James P. Gonzalez; her parents, Catherine and Henry Zeiler; three brothers, Arthur Zeiler, Morris Zeiler and Robert Zeiler; and two sisters, Ruth Blake and Dorothy Pflug. Cremation has taken place at Cheyenne Memorial Gardens under the direction of Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel of the Chimes. Friends may contribute to the Boys and Girls Club of Cheyenne. Note: I am of no relation, but my sympathies go out to those of you who are. This is here as a lasting memorial for Mrs. Gonzalez.
