She was born May 16, 1914, in Morovis, Puerto Rico, to Isaac and Aqueda (Colon) Vasquez. She married Marcello Gonzalez in 1939 in New York City. Mrs. Gonzalez was a practical nurse for McMahon Children’s Shelter in New York City, retiring in 1976. She came to Longmont in 1989 from New York. She was preceded in death by her husband July 17, 1991; three brothers; and two sisters. Mrs. Gonzalez is survived by a son, Marc Gonzalez; a daughter, Millie Mourino; two sisters, Cruz Maria Marrero and Estel Vasquez; and six grandchildren. Interment at Longmont Mountain View Cemetery.
