He was born in Pecos to Jose and Delfinia Gonzales. He served in the military and was self-employed as a truck driver. He was preceded in death by Kelly Romero and Tino Sena. He is survived by his wife, Libby R. Gonzales; sons, Manuel and wife Angela Gonzales and Kelvin Romero; daughters, Darlene Fowler, Kathy Romero and friend Theresa Vigil, Theresa Quintana and husband Joe Cano; nine grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; brothers, Pete and wife Alicia Gonzales, Fernando and wife Joann Sena, Tibby and husband Marcelino Apodaca and many other relatives. Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. today at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Wednesday at the same church with burial to follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
