Baca passed away August 14, 2004 at her home in Socorro, NM. She was born July 4, 1922 to Hilario and Priscilla (Benavidez) Gonzales in Lemitar, NM. She is preceded in death by her son, Donald Roy Baca in February 2004. She is survived by her husband, Eliziam Baca, of their home in Socorro, son, David Richard Baca and his wife, Diana, of Socorro; brother Jose L. Gonzales of Albuquerque, NM; grandchildren, Noel R. Baca and wife Kim of Seattle, WA, Daniel R. Baca of Albuquerque, Erlinda L.C. Baca of Lemitar; great-grandchildren, Michael R. Baca of Socorro, Ryan Conner Baca of Seattle and Katrina Baca of Lemitar. A rosary was recited August 19, 2004 at San Miguel Catholic Church. Burial is in the Socorro cemetery.
