Seem to me that your grandfather was the same age as my father. I have cousins that probably be the age of your father. I was hoping that you might ask your relatives if they knew my branch of the Gonzales family. Names of my cousins are: Manuel, Edward(nickname Blackie), Lupe, Jose, Abel, Bonificio(nickname Barney). There are many more. These people are now are in their late 70s early 80s. Would you please ask your father and uncle if they knew these people and if they did, if they ever heard what part of Mexico they were from. The last Gonzales left in Gonzales was my cousin Manuel who died recently. He lived on St. Lawrence street. Anxious for your reply. Hope
