Garcia, 46, a resident of Albuquerque since 1972, died Friday, June 26, 1998. She is survived by her husband, Henry J. Garcia of the family home; brother, Robert Gonzales of Algodones, NM; father, Cleofas Gonzales; cousins, Fidelia Vigil of Bernalillo and Eva Villa of Grants, NM; and brother-in-law, Ofene Garcia of Las Vegas, NM. Lucy was preceded in death by her mother, Several Lela Gonzales. She was a cake decorator and was known to many because Lucy was a bus driver for Sandia Bingo. Rosary will be recited Monday, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE. Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, 10:00 a.m., at St. Therese Little Flower Church, 300 Mildred Ave. NW. Interment will follow at Algodones Cemetery in Algodones, NM. Pallbearers will be Sadie Salazar, Evelyn Gonzales, Leonard Vigil, Nelson Ortiz, Nick Ramirez and Victor Villa.
