He was born in Russia and was an economics professor. Survivors include his wife, Rakhil Goldberg; daughter, Ludmila Vereschatsky; brother, Israel Goldberg; and one grandchild. Services have been held. Interment: El Camino Memorial Park, 5600 Carroll Canyon Road, San Diego. Arrangements: Am Israel Mortuary.
