He was one of 14 brothers and sisters. The father was Laib Chaim. He married twice 1st to Mindel and they had 3 daughters and 1 son. 2nd to Mindel's sister Rivcha and they had 2 daughters and 8 sons. The family was from Novogrod, Poland and lived near Kolno, Poland. My pgf Ben. His older sisters Libby, and Endora changed their names to Goldberg. Other siblings include Anna, Noah, Enoch, Eli, Lazer Velvo, Litman and Max. Many of them died in the Holocaust.
