Her parents were Max and Annie Goldberg also born in Russia. Sarah married a Rosenoff/Rosenhoch. They had six children, Benjamin, Rachael, Rebecca, Samuel Isaac, Sarah and David. Sarah came to New York in 1900 and lived at the time of her death at 138 Monroe Street in Manhattan. Sarah died on 19 May 1914 seven days after delivering a sixth month gistation. After the death of Sarah, the children were put into orphan asylums on and off. One of the chidren, Samuel Isaac, was put into foster care and later changed his name to Robert James Winters, the name of the foster family.
