I found a Frank Goff in the 16th Tennessee Volunteer Infantry Regiment Company K. http://home.freeuk.com/gazkhan/tenn.htm This website lists him as enlisted 9/15/62 in Sparta by Lt. Turlington. Deserted 10/27/62. Killed in White Co 8/1/63. The website also talks about a Bozarth and a Lafever who served in the 16th (Who are also in my family tree. Hope this helps.
