If so, here is a view of the 1880 census with their names on it, seems they are next door neighbors. Am curious if Archy and Minnie are William's parents? This family links to Nathan MILLS and Bettie/Betsey/Elizabeth HARRIS. Am curious if any one knows who were/are Nathan MILLS parents for sure. Others have him as of the Nicholas MILLS - Ann CLOPTON line and also of other parent names. Not sure if any one of them has done any DNA testing on that particular MILLS line. William H and Ms McCOOL their son Albert CLINTON GOFF - his daughter Emma Lorraine married George F VANCE their son Samuel Lewis VANCE married Viola Susan MILLS. Viola's parents were Leonard Franklin MILLS and Susannah HESS. Leonard's parents were Peter G MILLS and Lydia SIMON Peter's parents were Western R MILLS and Frances/cis "Fanny" ZICKEFOOSE. Western's parents were Nathan MILLS and Bette/Betsey/Elizabeth HARRIS daughter of James HARRIS and ELziabeth PHARES/SHARES. Says some that James came from Dublin Ireland. Father might have been Robert HARRIS. Old posting from back in 2004 on the message boards. Coincidentally, a HARRIS/JOHNSON seems to match on DNA markers to my MILLS descendant, in that they share a Common Ancestor, (MRCA).
