He married Mary Jane Humphreys after 1850 in Iowa or MO. Mary Jane was born Aug. 13, 1824 death May 26, 1897 Callaway Co., MO. They were blessed with 6-children: (1) Annie Louisa, (2) James Thomas, (3) Stephen Jefferson, (4) William Henry, (5) Mary P., and Richard Goff. Not sure there maybe two adopted child: Margaret (Jenkins) Goff and Francis Marion (Jenkins) Goff. ( I would like to know the information on all the children also.) Now James William Goff father was and mother is Thomas Goff born 1800/1801 Rockingham, NC and America Y.
