I have found my family on the 1900 census but haven't been able to locate them on the 1910 or 1920. My GGrandfather Henry died in 1922. I found Amanda M age 59 on the 1930 Census married to Charles Goff age 79. They had Cecil H. Poe age 18 living with them. Cecil is listed as the stepgrandson of Charles. My dad was only a year old when Henry Poe died. My dad remembers going to the little general store that his grandma Amanda and grandpa run or maybe owned. I think it is possible that Charles may have died some time in the mid thirties possiblly of a heart attack from the things my dad told me. The only other thing I know about Amanda is that she had red hair. My Poes were in Washington County, Arkansas. From my understanding my ggrandmother died around 1931 in Washington County, Arkansas or was at least buried there. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
