Hi, I believe Richard and Milton were brothers, I have their mother as Mary Ellen but no first name for his father. My neighbor David GOFF is from the Milton side (Cincinnati, OH) I have a photo of this side and I posted it on Phil GOFFs Website. I think Thomas GOFF was one of 4 GOFF brothers that came to America and Thomas came to KY. This may be were the GOFFs in Pulaski Co., Ky. came from. No proof. My Great Grandfather was George GOFF, he married Ellen Huhges. Get back with me and I'll see if I can dig up some more.
