Looking to find any information on Gloria Goff born in Nebraska, her mother and father born in Minnisota and Iowa respectively. Gloria married Sye B. White b. 1907 in Oklahoma. Hi All, I am new to this list and am looking for anyone that may be related to the late Mrs. Evelyn Goff. I have been trying to piece together my husbands maternal side of his family together. My Mother-in-Law passed away on Christmas day and helping the family go through her belongings came across a letter dated May 23, 1953, addressed to Mrs. Evelyn Goff. (looknig through my papers I find that Evelyn Goff was my husbands Grandmothers sister, and her name was Freda Disbennett and I believe Evelyns maiden name was Disbennett.) The letter is signed by Grace Croft. Now no one knows how this letter got into the hands of my mother-in-law Virginia Stewart Gobel, or her mother Freda Disbennett Stewart Benton, but if there is anyone interested in a copy of this letter I would be more than happy to share. The letter os concerning the research that Grace Croft was doing on the Disbennetts and wanted either Evelyns of Fredas imput.
