(the City of Fitchburg assessors map shows it as 2 lots which include lot 47) What seems to have happened is that when Vautours bought it lot 47 was not included, because they messed up recording the deed. The deed that should have been lot 47, but said lots 1 and 2 (which were sold to Lous Leblanc a few years prior to Henry's purchase), so though lots could not be transferred to Vautours, because Ovila did not still own them to sell to Henry, and no one made the correction to the lots on the Deed that said Henry purchased lot 47. (lots 1 and 2 are a on another street, Maryland Ave.). Also because lot 47 is so small it was overlooked. The Vautour's were foreclosed on (due to some unfortunate things) and I bought it from Fae Mae, but it only included lots 45 and 46, which the title came up clean for those two lots and no one looked i! nto lot 47, and I did not know that, that part of the yard was a separate lot, because of the size, the maps only showed two lots (not three), and it had always been used by the Vautours, when they had owned the house. (I grew up approximately one mile away). So this was not caught until now. Sorry to be so winded, but not so simple to explain.
