I have an Anthony Godin (b. abt 1912) in Clinton NY. He is married to Catherine and both have parents listed as born in Canada. They have children born in both Vermont and New York. I think that they may be the parents of Lewis Godin, born in 1846. If this is true it appears that he may have followed his brother William to Northern Michigan in the late 1800's.
