I am a descendant of William Godbey and his wife Zannah. Now that it has been almost a year since you posted about your Godbey DNA surname project I was wondering if you have had more Godbey descendants tested and/or if you would give us an update. A DNA surname study for one of my husband's line provided INVALUABLE info, so I am glad to see one being done for the Godbey's, especially in light of the problems connecting early VA Godbey's to subsequent descendants.
