She is a direct descendant of Sarah Sipple & Josiah Newell. She said that Sarah Sipple Godby mar Josiah Newell & lived in Texas. On a family group sheet she sent me she has Cyothy NEWELL born 22 Jul 1879 "died when child." Josiah Newell was born 3 Apr 1850 & died 20 Aug 1922 in Dallas, Dallas co, TX & Sarah Newell died 15 Aug 1936 in Campbell, Hunt co, TX & is buried in Cumby, Hopkins co, TX. Sarah appears to have been enumerated twice on the 1880 Census (unless I am horribly mistaken). She is Sarah Godby in Pulaski co, KY & Sarah C Newell in Mitchell, Lawrence co, IN). IN reads: Josiah Newell, age 29, b KY; Sarah C Newell, age 17, b KY; Cyathy Newell, age 10mos, b IN. Sarah's grandfather Henry Sipple & her uncle John Sipple are enumerated on the previous page in Lawrence co, IN. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
