All I know is that he married a widow named Amelia C. (nee Bowers) Hitchings on Feb. 12, 1898 in Norfolk, VA. I have no other information on him. She was born in 1856 (if that might give us some idea of his age). I have evidence that they lived in Norfolk in 1904 and in 1907 (same address both times).
