The Monrioe County, Ky Goads are well researched and if we can bridge that two year gap, 1880-1882, I can get you back to the 1600s Goads. They were in Monroe from the 1830s from Rhea County, Tenn. Incidentally, my great, grandfather, a Confederate soldier, was Wesley Goad of Virginia. --- Ken
