He passed away in 1923 in Girard Kansas ( I believe van Buren county) although I believe he was from Farlington, IND and died while visiting his son or something like that. His only son William Jasper is My grandfather, born 1878 and died 1950ish in Bakersfield, CA. I have information of some of his children. How much do you know of him prior to 1880? William Jasper Goad married Lilly Avus Scarberry and their children are: William Noah, Helen Pearl(Redfern), Leo, Louise, and Cecil. Jasper and his family all moved to California in the late 40's. One of the message boards mentioned Nancy J. (That would have been my mom's aunt) I will ask her if she has any leads of where she lived, etc. Thank you Avis
