Hello Goad List! I just recently made a trip to Warrick County to do a little family research. My Smith line married into the Goad line in 1831. Visited Freedom Cemetery and found lots of Goads. Took pictures. Lots of information from the Willard Library at Evansville, Indiana. Will be glad to post some of the biographical sketches from Warrick County on some of the Goads if anyone is interested. Here are the names that I have sketches on: Peter Goad, Akillis F. Goad, James W. Goad, and John A. Goad. Also have a copy of the land plat from 1880 and 1899 that shows some Goads. Will be glad to share!! I am still searching for my Achilles Smith who moved from VA to TN to IN with the Goad family -- who are Achilles' parents? Thanks, Myra Smith
