Many thanks to all who answered my query. I have been to the Delancey (my grandfather died there in 1978) so I sort of know where the area is. The problem with knowing an area vaguely is that you see bits in your mind, but they don't join up with the other bits. I have relatives in both Prestbury village and Bishop's Cleeve, so I think a trawl round the area is needed, however, the one way system in Cheltenham is a little bit scary to say the least, so I might have to pluck up a lot of courage!
