Hello all I seem to have discovered parents for my Cinderella BLANDFORD (b. 1791 Cranham Glost.) Her father was Richard BLANDFORD and her mother was Sarah ? I have found possible children for the couple one in Miserden, two in Cranham and the remainder in Brimpsfield (where Cinderella put as her place of birth in the census) But I have found two possible marriages. either About 1782 Miserden, Gloucester, England or About 1786 of Brimpsfield, Gloucester, England was there two Richard Blandfords marrying Sarah's at the same time? Or is someone able to clarify the confusion for me?? Please help. Emma Monmouth

Hello Emma, I can't help with specifics but, I have a line of SPIERS/SPIRES from Ashton Under Hill, and in one very confusing case a William SPIRES married a Sarah HAYWOOD and 6 years later a SARAH WOOD. I have other instance of people remarrying in very short time frames so I wouldn't rule out the possibility that it is in fact the same man marrying two different people.
