Hi Joyce One way of finding this out is through the Poor Rates. The ones for Tetbury in 1860 list the owner and occupier of the house, so other parishes will do the same as the books were standard format I think. These are held at Gloucester Archives but whether they would have time to do the research for you is doubtful. Maybe some other kind lister would have a chance to inspect them for you!
