I don't know of a local LDS to me unfortunately and I have no way of reading fiche (even my local library has a fiche reader so old it only reads 'reels') - so am a bit stumped there. Will probably have to travel to where the Gloucester archives are held I think! I'm a bit behind here but if you want to know where your nearest Family History Centre is go to www.familysearch.org & look on the left hand side of the page after the search facility & you will see how to find out where the nearest one is to you.
