Pat, Since I don't live in England, I may be wrong, but I believe St. Mary-de-Lode is in Gloucester. I found my 3rd great grandparents married in St. Mary-de-Lode church. I know that answer is not much help, but that is my understanding. Possibly someone who is more familiar than I can also help with this question. I would like to find there deaths and send for the certificates for my daughter in laws birthday. I am lost and would very much appreciate your help please. Frederick born Feb. 15, 1842 Frampton on Severn. I have found and sent for a death of a Frederick 1916 ( age 77 ) 4th Qt. Gloucester 6a 398. ( the age is wrong ) I'm hoping it is a right copy . I have not found a Sarah Guy. I am confused as I have made notes to myself that Frampton on Severn was in Wheatenhurst ( St. Mary De Lode ). Where is St. Mary De Lode ??. Would I send for certificates for GRO #'s Wheatenhurst or Gloucester. Kind Regards, Pat ************************************** AOL now offers free email to everyone.
