Hi Listers, I wonder if anyone has an idea as to where I can look for Duncombe and Sarah COPNER, my 4xgreat grandparents. Duncombe Davis COPNER married Sarah, date and place unknown, and they had 4 children baptised in English Bicknor - Eliza Maria 1800, Ann 1803, William 1806, Thomas 1809. Duncombe was buried at English Bicknor 15 July 1810, Thomas having been buried a few weeks earlier. Duncombe's age at burial wasn't given and I have been unable to find any baptism or marriage for him. After she was widowed Sarah seems to disappear; I haven't found a burial or re-marriage in English Bicknor or Coleford (Eliza Maria moved here after her marriage). As I don't have a birthplace, age or marriage date for either Duncombe or Sarah I haven't enough information to go forwards or backwards with either of them. I'd be very grateful for any ideas you might have as to where I could look for this couple's origins etc. Regards, Ellie
