Hi all, After the help I received earlier this week I have been madly searching the IGI , Hugh Wallis site and Genuki. I am now sure Alexander Thomas (later of Leonard Stanley married to Elizabeth Beard) was born in Chipping Sodbury, 1766. He was son of John Thomas (probably son of Henry Thomas and Elizabeth Legg)of Kings Stanley and Jane Pritchard. John Thomas and Jane Pritchard married in Westerleigh in 1762. Jane Pritchard was baptized St. Nicholas, Gloucester in 1745 dau of William Pritchard and Jane?. What I can't find is the birth (circa 1720) or marriage of William Pritchard and a Jane(circa1740). Also still looking for the baptism of William Thomas to Alexander Thomas and ELizabeth(Betty) Beard of Leonard Stanley circa 1812. Can anyone shed any light? Is anyone researching any of these names?
