Just a follow-up in case anyone is interested! After an excursion from Windsor to Stroud yesterday (Sunday) we located the building we were looking for. It is named Stroud Town Cemetary and in a most lovely situation. Part of it is a nature reserve and the area is huge. Of course, the plot we were looking for is part of the reserve which is covered with brambles - a very prickly task to expose the grave. Anyway, we found what we were seeking and it's thanks to all those who very kindly helped me. My grateful thanks, Margery
