Hello Jakie. Thank for your reply. The reason I asked about the time frame of your books is, I have and elusive grand Uncle who is reputed to have lived and worked in the Leckhampton area in the early 1900's. His name was William H. JAMES, I believe he married a Annie MESSENGER around 1901. He is reputed the have been a gardener and iether worked for the town of Leckhampton or had amarket garden there. Family lore has it that he divorced Annie and the was something special about this divorce, anyway after his divorce he moved to Gravesend, Kent where he remarried and raised a family. Just wondered if there was any mention of my William H. JAMES in one of your books. Cheers. Tony. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jackie" <JackieSmith@nc.rr.com> To: <gloucester@rootsweb.com> Sent: Thursday, January 11, 2007 6:53 PM Subject: [Norton AntiSpam] Re: [GLS] [Norton AntiSpam] Re: Pilley Village, Leckhampton > Hello Tony, > There are several that I have, thanks to my sister, and they cover all > kinds > of things.
