Hi Helen, It looks like Lois may have married Jonathan BASTI(O)N in 1839. If so, I have found them in censuses from 1841 onwards. The censuses consistently give her place of birth as Cheltenham and birth year ranges from 1820 to 1821. Hope this helps.
