The easiest way is to start at www.ancestry.ca , where the passenger list collection is prominent. Anyone can search the collection - but needs a subscription to Ancestry covering Canada to look at the details. A pay as you go subscription is always worldwide, with the easiest way to discuss details being the toll free phone number available from your own region of Ancestry by clicking the help link.
