    3. Rob, I have transcribed North Nibley.  I can't find the bapt of Thomas Parsons in 1781.  Parsons occur in the registers from the earliest pages but there was an absence of Parsons in the 1700s.  He was probably baptised in a neighbouring parish. Here are a few of the entries that might interest you.  Jeff Nibley Marriages Mar 1803 Jan-17 Parsons Thomas Mar 1803 Jan-17 Organ Sarah Mar 1759 Apr-17 Organ Abraham fuller Mar 1759 Apr-17 Coopie Mary  Nibley Baptisms Bap 1781 Dec-23 Organ Sarah dau of Abraham & Martha Bap 1779 Jul-04 Organ Hannah dau of Abraham & Martha Bap 1781 Dec-23 Organ Sarah dau of Abraham & Martha Bap 1784 Sep-06 Organ Joseph son of Abraham & Martha  Bap 1787 Apr-03 Organ Elias son of Abraham & Martha  Bap 1790 Mar-07 Organ George son of Abraham & Martha  Bap 1792 Oct-21 Organ Elizabeth dau of Abraham & Martha  Bap 1794 Jun-15 Organ Betty dau of Abraham & Martha    ________________________________ From: Robert Smith <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Sent: Saturday, 13 December, 2008 11:24:01 AM Subject: [GLS] Parsons, Organ and Walkley I'm researching my ggggrandparents Thomas Parsons (born c1781, Nth Nibley) and Sarah Ann Organ (born 1781, Nth Nibley).  They had Joseph Parsons (born 1821, Wooton-Under-Edge) who married Louisa Ann Walkley (born c1817, Stroud).  They were married in Sydney, Australia.
