    3. Dallas Checked the index I have and came up with these. Hope they are of use. Once you have identified the correct ones by this or the other index, one source for the full records if they still exist is Gloucester Record Office. But there are some listers that do visit the Record Office on occasion had have been kind enough to do requests for Listers from long distance WINDOW Esau: Committal: 11 Oct 1830 Age: 18, Parish:Stroud: Occupation:Clothworker:, Ref Q/Gc5/4 WINDOW: Thos: Committal: 28 Feb 1835, Age 56, Parish:Horsely, Occupation:not listed, RefQ/Gc5/5 WINDOW:Edward, Committal:23 Jan 1839, Age:20, Parish:Avening, Occupation:not listed, RefQ!/Gc5/6 WINDOW:Thos, Committal:32 May 1827, Age 47, Parish:Horsley, Occupation:Labourer, Ref Q/Gc/5/3 Good luck Regards Linnette New Zealand Dallas Window <[email protected]> wrote: Hi Linnette, Thanks for your offer to help. If you have names I can check and see if they are on them. I believe that the records are held in Gloucester Record Office. My query is this - are these court records available and if so how do I go about getting copies of them? In all three cases I know the dates of departure for Australia, the names of the ships they were transported on, and where each was convicted but not exactly when they were convicted. I hope some lister can point me in the right direction.
