Mary Day was the daughter of John Day and Sarah Smith is the daughter of James Smith and Mary Workman. James Smith and Mary Workman had ten children: Elizabeth, Mary, Mary, Sarah, Martha Gaughy, Susannah, John, Rebecca, Daniel, Hester.
