There are Gloucestershire baptisms for John SMART in the early 19th century on FamilySearch. https://www.familysearch.org/ These baptisms include one on 19th. February 1809 at Woodchester, father William, one on 21st. May 1809 at Bisley, father William and one on 13th. May 1810 at Bisley, father Thomas.
