I am trying to find the family of William Wall born 1790 in Tarlton, Glou. His parents were John and Nancy (nee ?) Wall. His siblings who were listed on the Parish records were John b. 1796 and Thomas b. 1799. A friend who's Wall family came from Stoud and I are trying to determine if our Wall's are related. She had her Dad's DNA tested and I had my brothers tested. Both were R1b1a2 haplo but they did not match otherwise. I have wondered if they came from Ireland although they were Church of England. I would be very happy to know where John and Nancy Wall came from. I have been to Tarlton and it is a very small hamlet. My William Wall lived and worked as an AG worker just over the border a bit in Biddlestone, Wilt. He and his wife Eliz. (nee John?) had 3 son's who went to south Wales to work in the Iron and coal mines. Their descendants immigrated to the US to work in the coal mines of PA and Ohio.
