    3. The records are from the 1851 census. Eliza Moorfield b c 1805 in Ashleworth, wife of Thomas Moorfield, and a visitor to the house, Mary Dark b c 1804 in Worcester St Peters, The family are shown as living "on the Severn Bank" and other members of the clan were fishermen, so some kind of fish cleaning (or even fish frightening!) sounds pretty logical.
