The sites you quote both refer to the same record source - it appears to be a rootsweb link to an England Cotswold resource. If I remember rightly this site disappeared quite a long time ago - but Rootsweb may have the transcripts you want - they only appear to have a name search online, not a place search, so I can't help further!
