Emma GRIFFITHS, daughter of Thomas John GRIFFITHS and Mary Elizabeth (FLINDERS). Emma was born about 1886 in Swansea, Wales. She was with her parents at the time of the 1891 and 1901 census returns. By 1911 Emma had been married for 6 years and had 3 children living that year, according to notes left by her father. Frustratingly her father omitted to state her married name or the first name of her husband, or names of her children. Trying to locate on the free 1911 index, as born about 1886 Swansea but living Bristol gives a null result. She may have stated she was born in other than Swansea, that year. Having lived in Bristol virtually all her life so may not have been aware of her actual birth place. Does any member of this list recognise this Emma Griffiths? Keith Flinders
