Glick. Gideon Glick (11 Feb 1822-5 Feb 1901) was born in Jackson Twp., Stark Co., Ohio. He married Minerva Wholf/Wolf (3 Aug 1827-15 Sep 1914) on 6 Nov 1845, in Summit Co., OH. He is the son of Jacob Glick (1787-1833) and Rebecca Slanker (1789-1864). Arthur Glick says "the records available do not show any relationship between the Glicks in Fairfield Co., Ohio and the families of Jacob and Rebecca Glick." Gideon migrated to Clinton Co., IN, then to Jones Co., Iowa and Arthur Glick then loses track of Gideon; however, his and Minerva's grave site is in Summerfield, Marshall Co., KS. Cheers, Jim Stevens
