The first is Gideon, b. 11 Feb 1822, Jackson Township, Stark Co., OH to Jacob Glick and Rebecca Slanker. His siblings are Samuel, Joseph, John, Jacob, Daniel, Adam, Nathan, Rebecca, William and Simon F. He m. 6 Nov 1845, Akron, OH, Minerva Wholf. They were the parents of Joseph, George, Eva, Frank, Adam, Orlando, Samuel, Sarah Ann, Gideon Ellsworth, Joseph and Joan. The family also lived in Indiana, Iowa and then finally in Kansas.
