    3. Melanie.. Sure wish I had your answers. My Harry Glick was my grandfather born in 1875 in Indiana. His father is George and he had an uncle H.S. Glick. The uncle was alive in 1902 in Terre Haute, Ind. that is all I have now. H.S. could be your Harry/born in another country, but it's sort of doubtful. Mother said Harry told her that his family was kin to the George W. Glick who was Gov. of Kanas but I can't find the connection yet. Our Glicks were wheewrights and someone was connected to brewers (beer I presume).Wish I could help more. If you find a connection, PLEASE contact me again. I'll keep your letter in case I find out something, too. Good Hunting. Donna

    3. I just subscribed to the listing. I am attempting to compile a book on the ancestors and descendants of James B. MUIR (b ca 1810 Scotland d. 1868 Bartholomew county, Indiana) and Mary MOFFAT (b. 1818 Scotland d. 1892 Bartholomew county, Indiana). Looking for info on the descendants of the following couples: Irene B. MUIR (1878 IN-1943 IN) & Edwin J. GLICK (1875-1938) [they had a dau. Elizabeth who married James BOLAND] Edwin (sometimes Edgar) was the son of Sylvanus & Mary (McCallie) GLICK. I would greatly appreciate any help in tracking down the descendants of these lines. Thank you. Cris West cherokee@shelbynet.net net.net
