He was first recorded in Sleaford in 1791. It is beleived that he originated from Dundee being born c1772. Does anyone researching this name have a George who has gone "missing"? His children include Sophia who married John BLAND in 1828 and Mary who married Thomas LORD in 1811. He also had two sons John and George. Does anyone know what became of them? The name has now died out in Lincs.
