I have had a major illness and have been unable to work on this. I have a history of the Gleghorn's back to Matthew Gleghorn b. 1770 in Ireland. This information I recieved from a cousin. There is a John Gleghorn b. 1809 bur I do not know if this is the one you are looking for. His parents were Matthew Gleghorn and the mother is unknown. They were said to have had 13 children but I don now have all of them listed. The ones I have are Samuel b.abt 1794, married Miss Molly Crawford, Matthew b. abt. 1802 Married Miss Martha Smith, James b. abt.1802 Married Miss Mary Johnson, Andrew B., before 1800 Married Miss Rebecca Johnson, Robert b bfr 1800 Married Miss Ursula Wilson, Elijia b bfr. 1800 Married Miss Susan Wilson, William b bfr. 1800 Married Miss Eliza Wilson, David b bfr. 1800 Mo mention of who he married, and a Martha.
