A recent post by Ben Mouser <janice@tcac.com> concerning a Hiram GLASS who had a son Dudley GLASS prompts this message. There were several Dudley GLASSes in Halifax Co., VA (along the border with NC). One of these Dudley GLASSes is a candidate parent (there are serveral other candidates as well) for my ancestors Benjamin GLASS and for Winny GLASS ARNOLD. If anyone has researched the Dudley GLASS or the other GLASSes (meaning do you have a list of their children?) listed in my abstract of the 1782 Tax Rolls of Halifax Co., VA, below, I sure would like to see this information. I have included the STONE, ARNOLD and BOSTICK names as these may be members of related families I am researching.
