I am looking for the sisters of James Glass born in Scotland about 1838 but raised in NewtownStewart, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland from the age of three when his mother died. He stayed there until he was 18. He had two sisters, who were raised with him by his aunt. Unknown if the aunt was on his mother or father's side of the family. The mother was a Beaty (spelling could be otherwise). One sister apparently married before leaving Ireland. She and her husband(believed to be an O'Callahan -?spelling) moved to Nashville TN sometime around or after the period of the civil war. He reportedly became a post master in Nashville, but always had an interest in medicine. He eventually studied medicine and apparently became well know there in that profession. I am looking for information on this family and his wife in particular. She would have been born some time prior to 1841. That family, I believe had 4 or 5 children who themselves or their children would visit their Uncle (my great gandfather) in Watford Ontario in the summers. One of the children's names was Margaret, so I am told. The other sister moved to Canada sometime and married a T.D.Stickle who reportedly became a station master in Carberry Manitoba. They had no children that I know of. Any help or leads would be appreciated. Ian Glass
