I believe the marriage was registered St Columb in q2 1877. I find no trace of them in the 1881 census, so conclude they had emigrated by then. (I have one instance where the couple left the church directly to the port and emigrated immediately) Samuel Mitchell Glanville was aged around 16 in the 1871 census at Newlyn, living with his widowed mother Maria. Baptised 1 Jul 1855 at Newlyn East. HOWEVER note confusion between Samuel Mitchell Glanville with Maria, and Samuel Mitchell Glanville who married Mary House in 1864. Cannot be two marriages of same Samuel as "the other" is also found with Mary in 1881, 1891 and 1901 censuses.
